All Kewara orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. As our candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality, we appreciate your patience while we craft your order.
Shipping Duration:
After processing, your order will be shipped and typically delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Please note, delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays during festive seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Kewara shall not be held responsible for such delays, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
In the rare case of a shipment being lost or excessively delayed, please get in touch with our customer support team. We will do our best to coordinate with the courier partners and assist you promptly. However, delays due to seasonal or logistical factors are beyond our control and not eligible for refund claims.
